Obby Tank

Hey guys, I'm in the process of making a moderate obsidian tank, and was looking for some advice.

My current stats are:

63 HP
85 strength
70 defence
31 ranged
31 prayer
10 magic

What should I get now?
99 strength, 99 defense, or higher HP?

 

I'd assume-unless your doing soulwars- that if you got 99 strength or defense, your HP would rise with it.

My opinion would be to go for 99 strength, 70 defence is enough for an obby tank. Thats why the majority of people stop defence at 70, like barrows pures. I say 99 strength + maxed strength gear and that would be good, than do some HP.

 

Like get bandos and pk in full bandos/obby maul?

(Bandos = 65 def, but amazing defence bonus)
