Obby Mauler Str Script?

Hi ppl, ok so i have a P2P obby mauler acc with

1 atk
67 str
40 def
1 mage
5 range (got for clue scroll rofl)
1 prayer
1 slayer

i need to know where i can get the best xp (im a member so f2p or p2p is fine.)

i have a rock crab script wich sometimes often fails, and fightcaviak is wayy to sloww.

so my question is.. What script should i use to get str up
and where should i go to get str up when im not botting.

please help i need it so much

 

If your cb level is over 40, pc for sure.

Smartpc 3.x (don't remember newest one, as I am f2p : [ )
I know it's a good script.

 

combat lvl 46 but i tryed pc wen i was 43 and i sucked won 1 game out of 4

EDIT: No i meen i got 2 point from 4 games because of lack of zeal

I'm using it for a defense pure. With 40 defense you don't need to bring just 3 items. Use iron scim in place of obby maul due to their 8 hp ;D

rock crabs surely give more xp thsan cows and im sure fightcaveiak gives more
