Yes, you know tutorial island, like when you create an account, you have to go through that thing? That's called tutorial island.

 

Not meant to disrespect, but I've been through tutorial multiple times, had a main(p2p) level 98, and other f2p accs. Im VERY familiar with Tutorial island.
