Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I would like to apologise for breaking the market manipulation rule as it was never my intention. I've been a Sythe member since 2010 and actively providing my own services since 2019. I've never had a single report/dispute and strive my best to abide by the rules, as Sythe has given me the chance of starting university and being able to afford living as my father has left us and provided no financial support and haven't talked to him in 5 years either. Therefore, I could never be more grateful for this community and the opportunity I have gotten through Sythe.

If I knew Sinkovsky having a thread in the same section and working in my server as well was against the rules, I would have never had Sinkovsky work in my server. I never had any ill intentions of getting around rules for monetary gains as I have refused multiple plugin requests related to scamming even though they offered well as I never wanted to have even the slightest possibility of a ban. I've even sent my customers to Hydra Technologies if they had a plugin made which I didn't.

Overall, I accept the one month ban and I understand my punishment is valid and have also instantly made arrangements with Sinkovsky and he has agreed to have his thread removed from the plugins section on Sythe. I honestly had no intentions of breaking any rules and have no intentions to do in the future either and if I have any unclarities/doubts I will make sure to confirm with a Sythe mod first before proceeding so that this doesn't get repeated. I appreciate your time reviewing my case and I really hope I can be a member of Sythe again.
