    If I want to train strength at nightmare zone while using the melee protection prayer what are the 5 quest requirements needed? Because I went to join one and the coffer said I need more quests.. Ive never done nmz before

    The quests typically used are lost city, tree gnome village, fight arena, vampire slayer, and either grand tree or mountain daughter. If you have completed additional quests that have nmz bosses like witch's house, you'll need to use a booster so your xp rates aren't compromised.

    Mountain daughter
    Lost City
    Fight Arena
    Vampire Slayer
    Tree gnome Village

    Or you can swap out mountain daughter for what lies below.
