99 attack, defence,strength,hp,prayer,cooking,fishing,fletching,magic.
90 ranged.
85 woodcutting.
75 crafting.
85 herblore.
72 agility.
92 slayer
75 construction.
All other skills between 30-70, nothing special to mention.
140 quest points and 1 skill which I'm not going to tell with over 45m+ xp.

 

All 8 99s are the easiest to get, except fishing. 90 range is a plus, 92 slayer is bigger. 140 qp is awful and things like void, torso, firecape, etc. and wealth aren't mentioned.

You aren't going to get banned for telling people what high rank skills you have on sythe.

Somewhere upwards of $200. Less because you can recover the account from whoever buys it.
