There is no variation of this that doesn't involve social engineering or some form of fraud. He claims it's not illegal, but there is simply no possibility that it is legal. It is a guide on getting items for free from Amazon and he states you need some money to do it meaning you'll be recovering your payment.

 

I asked for a copy, I'll post back with a verdict soon.
