I am new to the forums! As well wanting to buy a runescape account, since mine no longer can be logged into! I just would like to say I do use PayPal and will be honest with payments. Also I would like to know what are the rules of the forums? What to look for if someone is a scammer? As well what does it mean when people say they will purchanse a account with "MM" or "OMM". A mm is usually free while an omm you have to pay. Using them means that the seller will give the account info to the mm and you will send the money directly to the seller, once the seller confirms payment the mm will give the account details to the buyer.
