Everything looks compatible, the board supports the Processor + the RAM, and the graphic card should be compatible, didn't really look around though. Personally, I think getting the i5 3570k unlocked processor would be PLENTY. If you are willing to spend the extra $50-$100 for the i7, do it. But you will get about the same from both the i5 and the i7.
