    Hello, I've been trying to upload my avatar for 2 days now and it's not working. I am not getting any error messages. My avatar has the desired features, but I just couldn't upload it. I think I need help.

    I believe because this is not an image or gif, but an mp4 file.
    Make it a gif instead and it should work (although not entirely sure how it would look due to the widht being much larger than the height.
