Is trading Netmarble.net accounts here legal? I only ask because it requires that you give a KSSN and associate your name with it. This is because there is no such thing as anonymity in Korea, so that if something goes wrong, they can be tracked through their KSSN.

I wonder this because I'm not a Korean Citizen, so I have no way to have a KSSN. I want to play beta versions of games, but no account.

I would like to purchase one, (If allowed on the site, if not, forget I mentioned it).
