Netflix

Netflix isn't available in Australia, so if i bought one from say america would it still work? want to watch stuff on my xbox so yer dont wanna waste my money

 

I'm pretty sure you can get Netflix for Xbox, even in Australia, I don't see why you cant if you're not trying to get the movies shipped too you? First I've ever heard this.

Will it only not work in Australia? Because all of my friends here in the US have access to Netflix, on every gaming console + mail.

Netflix/Hulu Plus are only for people in the US, (and Japan I think).

 

you need a proxy that will show that your located in USA

 

This may work. I'd say it would be too much work to worry about however.

 

Yeah man, VPNs are actually used in situations like this. Do a little bit of Googling and find yourself a VPN that will allow you to stream from Netflix/Hulu. It should cost around $6-8/mo.

6-8 a month for the vps when netflix isn't even that expensive. I guess you're out of luck.

i don't know about hulu plus...but netflix is available in over 40 countries...including canada, which is where I live...
