I got this e-check membership thing 7- p2p days and i paid by wallie card two times to paybycash i whined to them that they didnt give me rebilling agreement and they said i used fraud against them so the ban from runescape is perm.

Now i read here that i can get it back by sending the cash for them through mail , does it work in my case too? Im afraid that they just take my money and dont unlock my account.

soz if wrong place for this. Thanks for comments

might be worth sending the money to them, worst they can do is send it back.

Basically jagex is just looking for more money because they think you scammed them, so they can fill up their pool of $5 bills and jack off in it.
