Need website builder help

ok well im thinking of starting a game website with flash games, maybe some funny vids. The thing is I now nothing about about websites. I pretty much dont know anything about hosting or putting ads on the site. I need someone that is trusted to help me figure out whether or not i can do this. I think i can work out some payment if i go thru with this i will need a IT guy lol.
