Need WC help

Hey, I have 61 WC on my skiller and I want 75, I really want the cash from the yews, but is it really worth the time. Should I just stick to willows at Draynor? Please provide your suggestions.

do willows it so much quicker and once your 75 woodcutting yews are amazing anyway if your going for magic logs you might as well get 85 woodcutting only way you can get good exp

 

stick with willows, make money when/if you become mem

Score 2 for willows, 0 for yews, but I guess it would take a fraction of the time, and I could burn them, so not a total loss.

willows till 80wc and than you can go yews

not long you can get 25k exp in hour on willows so look at different exp between 61 and 80 a than you will know how long , or maybe it will be faster than result but still not long, you can also bot it so you wont be bored of wc

 

i did willows from 30-68 then members and 68-72 ivies im gonna do ivies to 85 then yews from 85-93 cause there quick then magics 93-99

gaving me like 30m if that

Stick to scutting willows, there is a bank near by in Draynor Village and it is Super fast!

 

But there is lot fo people cutting so i prefer rimington willos and than sell them in shop o bank them in box in member

Yews:

+ Good money making (1k yews = 300-400k)
- Less Experience
- Not much bird nests

Willows

+ More experience
+ Lots of bird nests
- Less cash (1k = 25-30k)

Personally I think willows are the best to do until 90-95. The money you earn may be less but you get a great exp rate ( 20-40k exp per hour). You also get a lot of bird nests. Don’t forget that bird nest can contain very valuable tree seeds! You can get a magic seed which is over 150k!

I also suggest using the Barbarian Outpost/Assault
The amount of people here is small (It is getting more popular these days and you may need to switch worlds to find an empty spot) and the walk to the bank is also short! Note that you can only deposit items here in a deposit box. You cannot access your bank. It is the most effective way to cut willows.

 

MiM3, your response was probably the most insightful and was definitely helpful in my overall decision, my only problem, not mem atm I've used barb willows before from 80-93 WC then my account got stolen, so I have experience there, although it doesn't really require any.
