Need urgent HELP!

I don't know exactly what's up but I have lost control over my account, I haven't been active for a while duo to school and now I wanted to log back in and I simply cannot, it's like I forgot my password but I thought I knew it for sure! I don't think I am hacked though, just memory loss somehow here..

Now, I have followed the stickies to recover account but I cannot create another account called "zafire recovery" because I then get this message http://i48.tinypic.com/rlz7ld.png (because I already created zafire on my IP).

I also cannot recover my account through email as I havn't been on the email for a long time and I don't even know the information, i did however make a new email where you guys can send me the password asap to! [email protected]
