Need two AHK Scripts

I'm interested in having someone code me two AHK private scripts.
One being a POH farming method involving building big trees in the big tree space in your player owned home, with support for all types of trees.
Doesn't have to auto-refill watering cans or un-note bagged trees, I'm simply looking for something I can toggle on and off at will that won't get me flagged for building and removing the trees in the big tree slot section.
The second script I want is a Canfis Agility AHK script that picks up marks of grace and has the ability to reset if it falls during the course.
Both of these scripts with anti-ban support, and a simple gui if possible.

I'm more worried about the first request, but am interested in the price of both of them.
