Need trustworthy range trainer

i need a range trainer to train my pure's range lvl from 33 to 45, and defence lvl from 29 to 40. You need to be able to supply arrows and armor, but u don't have to supply green d hide. you also need to have over 200 posts and at least 5 vouches. if you are interested and meet the requirements, pm me.
