who can train these stats for me:

1. 20-60 attack
2. 16-60 strength

Its a pure, so I do not want defence on this account.
I also do not want its prayer level raised, or any quests completed.

When getting my account back if it has any black marks, or has completed any quests, or has defence or prayer levels gained. You will receive no payment.
