Need staking ideas

So I have these 2 accounts that I want to turn into successful stakers but I'm not sure what type of staking/staker would be the most effective. Any ideas?

 

The combat 65 would be best to work on imo i don't no if you wanna do this but a friend off mine is 113 cb with 99 99 99 1 pray so basically he has flat 99's so he stakes 123s and shit when they say boxing and they don't usually look him up and he absolotely tears them appart 95%, The good thing is that you have 1 prayer, I'm 52 lol.. Or get high str attack around 70 def and do dds/whip fights use a sol

 

from experience i would train the one with higher mage...

Reason:
you want to get the most out of dueling and if you can get higher lvls to 2-3x you have 2-3x to try and stake them wich is great

you may be thinking why would i want to stake a high lvl .... well simpily because in a mage fight nearly 80-90% of mage deffence comes from magic lvls... thus meaning you can have a lvl 70-90 with 99 mage and hp get someone to 2-3x and it will highly increase your chances on winning against them due to the fact that you are only missing maybe 20-10 percent def bonus.... wich is alot compared to fighting off 99 def in a melee stake against a high lvl
