    Don't bitch me out.

    Anyways, I'm in the midst of quitting smoking. i'm tired of it. I had to sadly quit weed, because I would of been kicked out my my house if I didn't. But i'm quitting smoking cause cigarettes are just...... Meh. I need some help. Like what helps keep cravings away, etc? Thanks guys.

    i also quit, i just chewed a lot of gum. some people even use sun flower seeds..as long as your workin your mouth ya know..if i were you, id just go buy some really strong flavoured dentyne ice gum, try the one in the black package, cant remember the name, i think its "intense" or "arctic chill"..you can buy like 4 packages for like 5 bucks or less i think, just check your local grocery store

    Never had any experience with craving or withdrawl symptoms. However, try doing something that will take your mind of the addiction. Sports could be a nice option since your getting exercise.

    There are some niccatine patches that you put on your arms that are apparently good.

    lol No niccotine patches do not work..If your using a patch you will stay addicted. the best way is to get your mind of it.

    Wow you're so cool doing all those drugs, and it's even cooler because you're having trouble quitting just like a regular bad ass.

    Do sunflower seeds^^. Taste good and keeps you semi-not hungry lol, and they are ALOT cheaper.

    Thanks guys I think i'm gonna try gum. And idk how you mean badass doing all those drugs. I've done weed before, I used to do it like over once a week but I quit :/ oh and I've done mushrooms once. I think today's my 3rd nicotine free day. Last time I tried to quit, I used nicotine gum but it didn't help, I stayed addicted.

    Chewing gums are good way to quit, whenever you want a fag just chew a gum and it will help you. Other way to smoke would be just play runescape non stop 24/7 and u will eventually quit :D

    keep ur mind occupied on other stuff and like other people have said chew gum.

    maybe this wont work, but still helped my friend
    every time u have the craving drink a fizzy drink so much that ur head hurts and u have a massive burp
    it takes ur mind of the cigarettes

    Thanks guys, lol. My friend said his mom quit by drinking pepsi. But I think i'm gonna go out and buy like 5 packs of gum in awhile.

    Gum, candy, sunflower seeds. And also try to be around friends a lot, especially ones that DON'T smoke. Or you can try a highly unorthodox method and buy a 100 pack carton of cigs and just smoke the whole thing in 1 day. You'll never want to smoke again. However it's not recommended. Or you can chew a ciggarette, it will work, promise :p

    Thanks for the help. But chew a cigarette? lol. :/ And one way I find that helps is if I take a bong/pipe hit of tobacco outta a cig i almost puke its so gross.

    Get some nicotine gum, and slowly take less and less. You're addicted to nicotine, so if you supply yourself with the drug then eventually get yourself off it, it won't be as hard.

    First of all, don't listen to wtp, it's that time of the month for him.
    Also I think this "addiction" is all mental.
    If you believe your addicted then sure, you are.
    If you believe your not then you don't want to be and you aren't.
    Just do something that you think helps and in the end you will know that it DOES help.

    Sorry kinda confusing lol..

    If you light one out, put it out on the back of your hand. I imagine you'd quit soon. (You'd have to hold awfully strong to this conviction, however.)
