Need some help

My antivirus is saying this IP address is getting into my computer, but it's stopping it, but the IP keeps coming. I'm not so smart with viruses, so how do I get this guy to go away. The IP has something to do with SharkTech, which is some Ddos hosting website.

 

I suggest running a full scan with your anti-virus software, and with Malwarebytes. Remove anything found, and shut down your PC. Then I would reset your router and modem. Resetting these should provide you with a new IP address, depending on which brand of router you have. If you have a wireless connection, be sure to have a security key, for additional protection.
