Need some help please

Hey guys,
So I'm fairly new to SWTOR. I just recently downloaded the game from SWTOR.com, and I also created an account.
However, I have no idea what to do after this, regarding stuff like subscriptions etc. I also don't know what I can and can't do in the game, 'cause I still haven't tried it out.
