Need Server Help!!!

I am referring to this guide. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=154994&highlight=create+mopar+server and i am stuck on step 3. If anyone could tell me how, i would be happy. Do i need winrar or what?

 

Sorry, but that guide is wayyy out of date, try going to runelocus to find a suited AND updated guide.

if you have microsoft then when you click the file it should ask if you want to use the web service to find somethign to open it...

click it (for winwar) and do the link it gives you.

then go down to the second from the top section with a list of "custom" things...

choose english (i did)

 

oh and... the thing to edit your stats is

go to hybridscape,
then click characters,
and then open up the character you want to edit.

hybridscape meaning the folder that should come with moparscape.

and from there you can scroll down but...
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU CHANGE!!!

in the part 3 of the thing he wanted you to find the section in the notepad thing or w/e your looking at and cut it then copy and paste the ones he made.

(even though for whateever reason i always end up logging in with 99 all stats no matter if its new acc but thats just me.)
