NEed server help

ok, so I downloaded no ip, mopar and testcape.

I have my server that is testscape.

I want to add .. let's say player right : "OWNER" to my account on MY server.

Ok so I go to testscape then I click on characters. I change the player rights number from zero to three.

Ok, now I've heard a lot of people tell me: "COMPILE FFS" So I click on compile...I choose option "C" then I wait 5 seconds............................"FILE SAVED SUCCESFULLY!" I close that, and run my server. I log in, i'm a normal player...wtf?


I also tried to add a jad in a wide open space, I put in the needed info for him in the right format. I compile and run server and nothing happens....so...how can I fix this? thanks.

 

for the owner thing...make sure all your windows are closed (moparscape, runserver) and do the player rights thing and then compile and runserver
