Is their anyway to verify your Paypal acc besides a bank acc?

Prepaid Cards will not verify your account. They are used to confirm addresses. OP, HahaNerd's suggestion is basically a virtual bank account, or VBA. Netspend works only in the US, so be wary.

Be careful of using VBA accounts because you are not in full control of them.

 

Use a credit card.
