Need paypal help

To start things off I started a paypal account under my moms name, this was before I had a credit card and she had full knowledge of it all and her credit card, address and home phone was attached to account. Well early this year I was Selling RSGP for paypal " I know I'm an idiot" Even with taking precautions I lost over $900 in charge backs most of which was on ballance however I ended up with a negative $230 ballance. I figured ohh well I just won't pay it so i started a new account under my name with a debit card I had just gotten. Verified the account with bank account was told to give them SS # address and phone. Well needless to say it didn't take them long to attach the accounts. They limited both accounts. For months they called me asking for the money after telling the paypal support what happened they told me that my video of all the goods being delivered wasn't sufficient proof to prevent the charge back so I basically told them fuck you then good luck getting back your $230 and seeing as I'm not 18 "or wasn't at the time" and it can't hurt my credit i just forgot about it ignored their calls and they eventually stopped contacting me.

Seeing as everbody uses paypal I need a way to create an account using paypal without them limiting it I will be buying/selling with the account so I'd prefer to use my own info but I'm afraid they'll just limit and hold the money on the account. If anyone has any advice on what I should do I'm desperate and If it indeed helps I can throw a small reward your way

Well my goal is to start one that won't get locked.

 

Pay the money then start a new one, that's the only way. I was smart enough to not use my moms information so I just asked her to go to the bank and get me a bank account and debit card.

 

Paypal sucks. I do not like it, chargebacks happens to me all the time, but all the others guys use paypal , so i have no choice!

 

Add a Virtual bank account, that should verify the Paypal account. Otherwise use Western Union, Moneybookers or Liberty Pay
