Need Mod Help ASAP

Tried buying a pin from elvenunion and did USA, the country he bought from and SMS, the method he bought as. But whenever I try it, it doesn't work. It says "Invalid Pin". What's wrong?
He also bought it for $9.99 and whenever I do SMS payment, it says $11.96 USD. Does this have to do with something?
Any help would be great! I need this pin workin quick because I'm almost out of membership!

i gave him 2 pins before this that was invalid.

then i bought a fresh pin from a different fone and it said invalid but it told me that reply "y" to be billed $9.99... and his screenie show $11.96 for the pin

 

If you enter the code and it comes up with "Pin Invalid", then the pin will not work. You have either been giving the wrong pin code, or scammed. Try talking with elvenunion and work out what the problem is.

 

What about the money? Why is that messed up? Why does it say $9.99 for him, but $11.96 for me?

 

Do you both live in the same country? Different country's have different currency. Example:

Pins from USA cost: $7.99
Pins from Australia cost: $13.99

 

Nope. I live in Canada, he lives in USA. But I set my country to USA. So it shouldn't make a difference?
9.99 USD = 12.1878 CAD
So it's more than what RS is saying anyways.
EDIT: Does that have anything to do with why the pin isn't workin?

If he is being charged $9.99 he's texting "RS" to Jagex. When You send "HS" to Jagex, it says you get charged $11.43 for it, but when they send you the PIN it says "Thank you for your purchase, you have been billed $9.99 for your PIN (PIN NUMBER HERE)"

If it's an invalid PIN, he's either provided the wrong PIN, or he has exceeded the limit.

no i didnt... i bought the pin i have proff i can forward message to some one...

 

when i enter a pin that ive payed it says Incorrect window for pin... WTF!! ITS THE RIGHT!!! whats that about? i enter right pin and right contry!

 

Whichever one of you is from Canada, change your country to the United States.

If you have that set, then make sure you're going into sms.

If all this is correct, you've been scammed.
