Is there a certain place to report a spammer or do I pm a mod?

 

Report the post on the original post. if he has no evidence state it is harassment and a mod will take care of it.

 

Just hit the red triangle on the right of your post and I or someone else will take care of it.

 

Red triangle at the top left of your post is report a post, then you put a reason, if your reporting a scammer you must include evidence and post in the report a scammer section.
