I don't think JaGex even read their appeals. Could you give a better explanation about what you got banned for?

I've heard some people got unbanned by cussing. Weird actually...

Not really the right section, you could check the guide selling forum, there a re a few ban appeal guides for sale cheaply in there.

 

If you get banned for macroing you will never be unbanned because they say it is unfair to other players to do so, i know this because i emailed them directly at [email protected] and they email you back.
