Those look like files that could belong to a virus. When was the last time you've done a virus scan?

boot into safe mod and delete

right click on the folder and hit propertys and uncheck "read only" and "hidden"

    reformat (back up everything els)

if its an external disk use the "xcopy" command in a command prompt to mirror the hard disk on another harddrive and just move it all back after its been deleted
