Okay well I think some one is ban evading.. And the person who is ban evading is like a major scammer.. Scammed me and others for a total of like $4000.. Is there any way to check what ip address they were both created on so i can have proof that the person is ban evading?
I would notify an admin or global moderator if you think someone is ban evading/scamming, since there really isn't any easy way to check someone else's IP address without knowing their computer name or domain name. (Well none that I know of atleast)
