Need Help!

Well I've recently been trying to get rid of a spyware that won't delete because it is being used in memory. My antispyware deletes all but this:

When I asked in the IRC about it, someone told me you most likely have a trojan. Then another person told me to get Sdfix. I installed sdfix, ran it, finished it, and the report came up with 1 trojan that it deleted. I was like WOOTZ, but then today I scanned again to make sure Sdfix got everything. Turns out this Vario.Antivirus thing wasn't deleted as I thought. Any help?!?
