Need help

I want to start making accounts and resell them on Sythe, but afraid of losing money. Which accounts get bought often and are 100% guaranteed to be sold? (Aka what's in high demand?) I run a service Discord server atm but i want to get into Account selling, and also if i'm making a account (that will be turned into a PK account to be resold) How should i put the money / supplies on it? Should i just RWT gold on the account? Would that be even safe even though the amount is only like 10-20m for supply costs or should i do something else? if someone could help me out with this i would really appreciate it <3
