Did you do the comprehensive search? Maybe try it in safe mode. You can try AVG and Avast http://download.cnet.com/windows/
That link you provided is nasty--perhaps you should switch over to comodo's free version, get their ice dragon browser and change your local DNS to theirs. That should help your pc stay clean and keep you from reaching websites with malware....
