Need help with Verification.

Hi, I don't know any members of the 'OVM' or whatever it is, and I've got an Xbox Live code I want to sell. I don't have the card anymore, but I've got the numbers saved in Notepad. Can someone tell me who can verify the code so that I can sell it here on Sythe?
