    Go to vbulletin.org, you must have a valid license, I think I have two working accounts for it.

    Try buying the actual software, I heard it's good for you.

    I doubt you have enough/are willing to fork up 200$ for a license, so go back to the place where you obtained your copy of vB, and check if they have themes for download.
