Need Help with something

I have seen some kind of drawing or somthing in peoples sigs and they are images of runescape except its done with like photoshop or sumthing, it is usually someone pking and ice barraging another person in the wildi.

if anyone knows what im talking about and knows how to do it please help me because i am very interested in making something like thatt and i would be willing to put the time and effort in to do so. also if u have a guide to do that it would be very helpful
