   I need to pay someone out today, but my c card doesn't work with PayPal/WU.
   Do you guys know a fast method, without to much waiting/verifying to pay him?
   
   He also has a c card & bank account etc.

   Please be more specific when you say "doesn't work". Does Paypal not accept it orrrr...?
