Need help with keyboard!

Ok so i have a logitech i think S 510 if thats a type... it says it on the back.. the problem is that when i start new sentances alot it will put a number.. Lik e say i was talking to somone it would be like this. "8o wats up" instead of "Yo wats up" and then next time it would put a 9 then 0 then 1 ect. If you know what it does this let me know please! And i am 99% sure it doesnt have to do with a button being pressed like num lock. Also it doesnt happen in the middle of a sentance only beginning.. If you dont know what i mean then let me know and i will explain more!

Did your keyboard come with any software or language settings? You can try installing software for your specific keyboard and try checking which language is set on your keyboard settings in the control panel or whatever.

Have you tried it on another computer to see if it's a mechanical problem?

 

It has worked for ever... but for the past month it has been doing that...

 

Press numlock

 

Also check to make sure its not broken test all the keys on the keyboard.

 

If you're able to, try and reset the keyboard,
Other than that, I'd suggest changing the battery's or try reconnecting the keyboard to your computer, If it doesn't work, Sorry.

 

Most likely:

Wrong software version installed
Computer keys are dirty and need cleaning
some sort of liquid spill on keyboard which made the same thing happen to mine
