Need help with battery

Hi, is there any way to fix a battery that displays 0% available (plugged in, charging)? I've already tried leaving the battery in the freezer for some amount of time then get it etc etc, however nothing seems to have worked. A certain method has worked for me the last few times I've done it, however this time around it just displays 0% :/ Many thanks to whoever can help me solve this!

 

About time you get a new battery I guess, they're rather cheap.

How much does one cost on average? And are they available in computer shops or do i have to find them on Amazon, eBay, etc?

 

it may be a problem with the laptop if the problem is on a laptop, what laptop do you have?
