Need Help Immediately!

Was selling a Blue Partyhat to Searchy, we agreed to do Red portal, only 25k coins was dropped. We discovered that it was due to trade limit but now the blue partyhat is gone. Do I still get paid or how do we resolve this situation? We both have documentation and video of me having the blue in the inventory and it not appearing.

 

Out of pure curiosity did you ever get this situation resolved? Ive seen this happen before.
