Need Help ASAP Please..

Well the page where you log in for runescape wont work.. It shows the java logo then disappears.. Ive tried uninstalling java and downloading again and nothing works..

Please help..

When was it last working? What did you do/install since then?

 

what do you mean tech specs?

i downloaded itunes and last time i checked it was working about 4 days ago.

If you are using an out-of-date browser, that might be your problem. If you are using IE6 you should do this: http://runescape.com > Play Now(Not the game, the little bar) > Java options > Force Sun Java.

If you are using FireFox, your Java settings should be "Default Java". If that still doesn't help then do the following.

Mozilla Firefox > Tools > Options > Content > Check both of the boxes that say "Enable Javascript" & "Enable Java". That should solve your problem. If not, sorry. Don't know what to tell you.

 

i clicked play now and at the bottom it says "done" right away and the screen stays black..

 

You're having an issue with your Java version. Look for another Java applet, see if it runs. If not, try re-installing your browser and/or Java installations.

 

ive tried all that stuff man.. idk what the hell to do..

 

buy a new computer, yours is obviously 2 shit to run a java based game.

No. Why not just try changing browsers. I.e since you're using mozilla try using internet explorer. That MIGGHT help . - . -
