Need advertising bot

I need an advertising bot script made

Requirements:

The closest to unbannable as can be

Allows me to change the up time and break time of the advertisers

Editable message (obviously)

Uses the RS autotyper implemented in the game. So once it logs in it puts the message in the autotyper and keeps the account logged in.

Simple and easy to run 10+ advertisers at one time.

Budget:

I have no specific budget just trying to find this for the cheapest price I can.

Additional Things:

I am open to ideas about what the bot should have. That is just a basic outline of what I need.

If I like the ideas pitched by the scripter then I will give them more $ to implement it.
