Need a little help

I have an Avatar made for me, whenever i view it on my desktop it doesnt have a background color but when i upload it to sythe it has a white background color. Some1 tell me how to remove this?

 

Its probably a .png format. Try saving the file to .jpeg and see how it goes.

 

Whenever i change format with rename sythe doesnt accept it this is the error message i get "This PNG image has the incorrect file extension."

 

just make the background same color as the color on sythe.

Can't you ask the person who made this to fix this for you? It should be an easy fix.

Use the eyedropper tool to copy the background color.

Pretty sure .png supports transparency.

Nah I am not on Xbl but on psn whenever I try using a link I end up getting a message upload of file failed.

 

The guy who made this is banned on sythe and now he woudnt reply to my Skype messages..

 

Resize the image to 80x80.
I expected you to be donator so I thought you could upload 100x100 avatars.
When you try to upload an image with a bigger size, it automatically gets resized and that causes the white background.
