Need a lil help

Im a Blood Elf Rogue Lvl 22 and i just dont find wheres the pet we can walk faster with it? any1 know where is it?

 

The mount is purchasable for the blood elves at an outpost called Thuron's Livery, just south-east of silvermoon city.
