need a few tutorials

well guys i just got photoshop,and well i wondered if anyone could give me some starter basic tutorials instead of me downloading 200 and using like 4,now im not completely new to image editing im used some of paint.net but i got photoshop sicne everyone says its better,so can any1 give just a few small basic beginner tutorials for photoshop?

to put this in simpler terms,iv never used photoshop and i have no idea how to start can somone help me out here
