Need a development partner

I am looking for someone to help me develop a RSPS. You must have a good amount of time (at least until the servers up and running) and have a fair amount of experience. I am a noob when it comes to RSPS development and am trying to learn, therefore I will be paying for server costs and advertisement costs as well as creating the forum.

I will be doing the web developing (you may help if you want), and I can help with the server development with guides and some pointers from you! I'm on alot so I will be able to help get this going quickly. I've hosted servers on multiple games including all versions of counterstrike (different mods and classic maps), maplestory ps, etc.
