Need a combat trainer

I need a loyal combat trainer to get my staker 60 attack and strength. At the moment he is 42 in both and f2p. I will supply the equipment. I will be paying 2gp per experience unless you do it in say... 1 week. In that case, I'll pay 3-4gp per experience.
