Need 2FA reset.

So I had 2FA set up on my Sythe account under the name of "dildos" but now when I try to log in, it keeps saying that the numbers I’m putting in are wrong. Using google authentication app. Used to work fine but for some reason now it’s not working.


I can’t use my IP as proof because it probably has changed since I’ve registered/logged in because it’s a dynamic not static. However, the ISP and the general GEO location hasn’t so not sure if that can be used as proof.


Second, I have access to the email address that is listed on that account, so maybe that can be used as proof.

 

What number is associated with the 2FA?

 

Sorry I was mistaken, we don't store 2FA numbers. I assume you don't have your 2FA disable code hence why we're here. Try 2FA token is always invalid, how do I fix this? to fix your google authentication app. Asides from that are you able to get some reputable member that can vouch for your identity (knows you on other secure platforms such as fb) to confirm? What email is associated with the account?

 

Is your mobile's time settings set to sychronise automatically instead of manually? The keys only last 30 seconds so you could be timing out.
